If you are a consumer, that is, you are entering into the contract for purposes that are mostly outside your trade, business or profession, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a paid subscription.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

— by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is enough for you to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Early start and loss of the right of withdrawal
FastSpeech is a digital service that starts immediately after purchase. When you buy, you are asked to expressly request that we begin before the withdrawal period ends and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the service.
Where the service has only partly been performed, you owe a proportionate amount for what you have used up to the point of withdrawal; the remainder is refunded.
