An app for your Mac or PC that turns speech into finished text. Hold a key, say your sentence, let go, the text appears where your cursor is, in whatever program you are working in.
All of them. FastSpeech types into the window you are already using, e-mail, chat, documents, a browser form, your code editor. There is nothing to install per program.
Both. macOS 11 or newer on Apple Silicon and Intel, Windows 10 and 11 on 64-bit. The same account works on both.
Over 100. FastSpeech can detect the language by itself, or you set one fixed language if you always dictate in the same one.
No. FastSpeech needs a connection while you dictate, that is where the speech is turned into text. Between dictations it sits quietly and uses nothing.
No. The Free plan stays free, create an account and start dictating right away. You only enter payment details if you upgrade.
It counts the words you dictate over the last seven days, on a rolling basis. Free gives you 2,000, Lite 12,000, and Pro 40,000. Nothing is blocked overnight, as the oldest days fall out of the window, the words come back.
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card details never reach us, the payment runs through our payment provider.
Yes. Cancel with one click in your account, your plan stays active until the end of the paid month, then falls back to Free automatically. Nothing is lost: dictionary, snippets and your numbers stay.
If you are in the EU, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Right of withdrawal explains what applies and how to use it.

Select any text, hold your key and say what should change, “make this shorter”, “more formal”, “translate to English”. FastSpeech rewrites it in place. Pro only.
Yes. Under Shortcuts you set the key for starting and stopping, the push-to-talk key you hold, and the Command Mode combination.

No. FastSpeech updates itself in the background and tells you when a new version is ready to restart into.
Your dictation belongs to you. We don't store your transcripts. With privacy mode, sensitive text never leaves your device.
