Open the file "FastSpeech.dmg" from the download list at the top right of this window.

Can't find the installer?
Drag FastSpeech into the Applications folder. If macOS shows a security prompt, open System Settings → Privacy & Security and click "Open Anyway", one time only.
The installer runs on its own, with no setup questions. Windows may ask you to confirm once, then FastSpeech is ready.
Open Launchpad, type "FastSpeech" and launch the app. Then hold your key and start talking.
